The Right Grind

When brewing fresh coffee, the taste and strength will be determined by the type of grind you use. And while freshly brewed coffee is good, there's nothing quite like freshly ground coffee. The moment of the grind is worth noting. Grinding fresh coffee beans just before brewing reveals the true, essential, vintage taste of coffee. All of the aromas and flavors reach your senses in full force. Shortly after grinding, the coffee begins to oxidize, at which point it becomes more bitter and loses some of its natural wonders.
